Their full names are Venom Bellatrix Mystique and Ivy Claire Nyota. Venom is named after characters from Spider-Man, Harry Potter, and X-Men; Ivy is named after characters from Batman, Heroes, and Star Trek. To add to the fun, Venom has an engraved Spider-Man charm, and Ivy has an engraved Batman charm! My husband and I have two female cats: Venom and Ivy.

It's also what my sorority sisters called "big" & "little" sisters, "diamonds." Coincidentally, I'd had our daughter's name picked out since I was a little girl & read it in a book, but then found out before we had her that it was also a "Bond girl" name.
